   Sling player has just released a beta version of their software. You can download it here:

   If you don’t own a sling player, you may end up buying one after you see what it can do.

   I own both a HAVA and a Slingbox. They both offer HD capabilities. I like the Slingbox because they are always updating there software with new features. When installing the software, I noticed that they have a SDK. They also listen to what you have to say in the feedback.
   The Hava team doesn’t seem to be doing any updates.
